Dharma for School Kids

We’re very pleased to share with you a wonderfully successful morning of introducing children to our ‘Bring Your Mental Self Back Home’ (BMSBH) practice at the Mother of Justice Kindergarten School in Bangkok.

Teachers from our Innocent Perception Centre, our “Dharma Army” comprising Am, Ploy, Jang and Mick, visited the school on 14th February 2025 to lead 14 kindergarten children in fun activities aimed at introducing them to the ‘Tom and Jerry’ concept conceived by Supawan Green to nurture self awareness.

A BMSBH First

This was the first time BMSBH teachers have been to a school to teach our Mindfulness for Young Minds course, and it’s all thanks to support from the school’s teachers and administrators, who invited the team after learning about Supawan Green’s mindfulness method teachings.

The BMSBH team spent about two hours with the children, volunteering their time to entertain the kids with games that planted seeds of Dharma knowledge to help give them fundamental understanding of emotional states and how they are influenced by ‘Jerry’.

The warm reception from the school’s teachers, the children and their parents has been very encouraging, especially seeing how quickly the children grasped and adopted the ‘Tom and Jerry’ concept. It’s a testament to the universal simplicity of Ajarn Supawan’s teachings to help individuals of all ages understand the root causes of mental suffering.

After this short and very successful session at the school, the children – as well as their parents and teachers – can now grow up using the word ‘Jerry’ to easily relate to the cause of mental suffering and how to stop that suffering with simple techniques to being their heart and mind back home.

As you can see from these lovely photos of the children, they really enjoyed and literally embraced the Tom and Jerry concept. Although this was the very first time the school’s teachers and administrators had heard about our teachings, their feedback has been overwhelmingly positive!

Help Support our Free BMSBH Courses

The school did not incur any costs for the BMSBH lesson. Our team from the Innocent Perception Centre visited the school at their own expense only with a desire to impart knowledge that will help the children in their future lives.

This is only possible with kind donations from our supporters. You can make a donation of any amount of your choice using the PayPal link below, which opens a new tab.
