What is Tai Chi Qi Gong?

Tai Chi and Qi Gong are slightly different forms of movement and excersise that boost internal energy (Chi / Qi) flow and revitalize organs all over the body. Both forms of exersise are rooted in Chinese martial arts, which have been practiced for thousands of years as as a form of physical mindfulness meditation and wellness regime for all ages.

Qi Gong

Qi Gong is essentially an ancient wellness regime of gentle excersises and breathing techniques practiced by the Chinese for thousands of years to enhance vitality and longevity. The daily exercises are performed as a form of moving meditation that connects and balances the body and mind.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a form of martial art for self defense that is founded on Qi Gong and devloped by Shaolin monks and Chinese military leaders. These exercises focus on correctly positioning the feet, knees and spine as a crucial ingredinet to their effeciveness.
