Join monthly Group Meditation & Mindfulness Activities
Every Saturday throughout each month we hold mindfulness activities at the Innocent Perception Centre near Bangkok in central Thailand. The monthly mindfulness activities begin on the first Saturday of the month with ‘General Cleaning’ for mindfulness followed on the 2nd Saturday with Group Meditation, the 3rd Saturday with traditional Thai Massage & Meditation, then on the fourth Saturday a Children’s Meditation Session.
Saturday Mindfulness activities are held from 9:00am to 12:00pm

1st Saturday: General Cleaning
Step into the realm of Innocent Perception through the act of mindful cleaning from 9 am -12.30 pm. By immersing yourself in household tasks, you’ll unveil profound insights. Shed your façade and embrace your true self, for every task is a gateway to inner bliss. Our dedicated staff joins you in this enriching experience, fostering a sense of unity and purpose.
2nd Saturday: Group Meditation
Join forces with kindred spirits to channel positive energy into the world. Guided by Supawan’s teachings, immerse yourself in group meditation from 9 am to 12 pm. Together, we contribute to a more harmonious society and a peaceful planet. As we meditate, let’s also share a meal—a symbol of our shared aspirations and community spirit.

3rd Saturday: Massage and Meditation
Indulge in the ultimate blend of relaxation and self-care. Experience the synergy of massage and meditation, or embark on a journey to become a certified therapist. This holistic approach nurtures both body and mind, aligning you with the essence of Innocent Perception.

4th Saturday: Meditation For Children
Empower the younger generation (ages 5-15) with the tools of self-awareness and emotional resilience. Through playful activities, children learn to differentiate between negative and positive thoughts. Guided by the whimsical characters Black Jerry and Pink Jerry, they cultivate a peaceful mind and inner harmony. This course runs from 9 am to 1 pm, providing a nurturing environment for growth.
