Enter Your Destination
Dear all,

I returned from Thailand a few weeks ago. From the scorching heat to the cool spring air, pink blossom, and the rebirth of leaves with their young green shoots, I feel such a humble privilege to be here on this beautiful Earth.

I started writing seriously on the third birthday of my middle son who has just turned forty. Based on the experience of enlightenment I told you about last time, the knowledge flowing through my head was like running water from a tap. I couldn’t ignore it and felt it was too good not to put down on paper.

The experience and state of enlightenment, or Nirvana in Buddha’s term, is the source of all knowledge and wisdom. Experiencing it has allowed me to understand that this state of mind is the ultimate in itself…the Ultimate Truth. There is nothing that can go beyond this point.

I have no doubt that success in helping people reach enlightenment lies in the clarity of their spiritual destination. People must know from the point of closing their eyes what their destination is. We must view this spiritual journey in the same way as a physical journey. The first thing we key into our GPS is the destination. Without a precise destination, our journey is aimless. We must apply the same logic to our spiritual journey.

Although our ascended masters stated the spiritual destination very clearly as Nirvana, God, Tao, we seem to think that goal is not for us. This is precisely the problem that causes many people to have self doubt and feelings of hopelessness despite putting so much effort in to meditation practice.

The advances of internet and communication technology has resulted in an explosion of spiritual knowledge in recent years. Many spiritual guides and gurus tell us to come back to ourselves and look within so that we can find the answers we need. But is it that easy? It’s very much like a guide leading you to the entrance of a massive cave and saying ‘ok off you go and explore the cave by yourself’!

So allow me to tell you clearly your destination: it’s important to put into your spiritual GPS ‘Innocent Perception’ as your final destination. Now you know your destination, you can begin your journey.

Warmest regards,

Supawan Green
